Comfortable room with a cozy seating area, a work desk, and even an electric kettle - perfect for a quick cup of tea or coffee ☕. the staff here are all really friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, competent staff, top location really close to dubai for ambiance, Sabina bus station and the commercial area. I enjoyed the room, it was big and complete with the value for money and four beds, for example. In the restaurant they served African cuisine dishes.

The hotel had a great location near Baniyas Square metro station, Naif Market, and shops. Every staff member was extremely helpful and accommodating. - the hotel was well-ventilated and had a cool ambiance.

Big room plus for natural ventilation. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Top, particularly good location in Dubai, next to the centre, the market & souqs and stores.

the location was fantastic, with the wholesale market and all amenities within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to the bus station and metro station. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring all my needs were met. the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options to start the day. the view from the room was breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the bustling city below.

There was some noise from the nearby streets that could be heard in the room.

The location of Grand Sina Hotel is marvellous, very close to Near Naif Market, African restaurants, cheap transportation, and Near Creek. the atmosphere at the hotel is quiet. - Our room at the hotel included a seating area, a work desk, and an electric kettle.

The receptionist was unwelcoming upon arrival and our room did not match the photos. Bed bug bites were an issue and the staff blamed us. Despite switching rooms, the problem persisted. I wouldn't recommend this place and left early.
